Refund policy

Because this is a digital download, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. We care about you being happy with your plan. If anything isn't right, email maggie@maggiemoss.com and we'll help.

Trouble with a download?

If a file won't open, a link doesn't work, or you were charged twice by mistake, email us and we'll fix it quickly. Duplicate charges are always refunded.

Upgrades

If you own the 7-Day Gentle Start or the 28-Day Gentle Gut Kitchen, you can upgrade to a bigger plan and pay only the difference, instead of paying twice.

Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

You normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, if you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you understand you lose the right to cancel. At checkout we ask you to confirm this before you pay.
